We provide shipping for a number of our products within the Greater Dublin Area.
Our delivery fees are calculated based on the distance of the selected delivery location from our yard. All delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Shipping times may vary, but we generally aim to deliver within 2-4 days of the order being placed.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all delivery information is accurate and up to date. We will not be held liable for delivery of goods to the wrong address.
All of our deliveries are completed using 18 ton trucks. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery location is accessible by our trucks, and if the truck arrives and is unable to complete the delivery due to inaccessibility, we will offer a refund for the value of the products ordered, but not for the delivery charge. If you have placed an order for delivery and do not think that your delivery location is accessible by our trucks, please call our office on 01 610 6175, as we may be able to arrange delivery using a smaller truck.
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed that we are not able to fulfill, and in the case of this, a full refund will be issued.
We primarily deliver bulk products such as ton bags and pallets of goods. However, if you have placed an order for bulk goods, and wish to add smaller items to your delivery, please call our office on 01 610 6175, and we may be able to arrange that.
If you would like to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. If you notify us on the day of delivery, it may not be possible to cancel the order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the quantities ordered are correct, and we cannot offer refunds for left-over materials, however we may be able to remove excess material at a fee. Please contact our office to find out more about this.
If you change your mind and would like to return materials after delivery has been made, we will do our best to facilitate this, but it would be subject to the same delivery charge as the initial delivery, and a restocking fee of €20 per bulk bag. We cannot offer refunds for soil, compost or any mix containing soil or compost. We can only accept returns where the materials are in the same condition that they were when delivered, and none has been taken. If material has been taken from the bag, it will be treated as the return of excess material, and will fail to qualify for a refund.
